As senior HR officer, you will be working closely with the Regional HR Manager on regional operations; mainly Belgium, Germany and further Italy, France, Poland, UK, Spain, Russia, Turkey
You will be key to managing:
- Implementation of Corporate HR policies and processes to local offices
- International Payroll (including expats and salary splits)
- Compensation & Benefits (for international and satellite offices)
- European social legislation issues and HR administration
- Policy development
- Selection, recruitment and contract negotiations
- Day-to-day running of newly-implemented SAP HR ( regional point of contact)
- Training and development
- Performance and talent management
