- Maximize the profit opportunities within the prospects list through the sales of software, services & hardware.
- Achieve all monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, as agreed with the Sales Manager.
- Management of workload and pipeline to consistently overachieve target
- Develop and maintain the skill set required of a professional salesperson. To develop a proficient use of the software, & other demonstration material, in order to competently carry out presentations, demonstrations & other activities as required by the company.
- Carry out in a competent and timely manor all administrative duties, as specified by the Sales Manager
- Provide the client with prompt, clear, informative & accurate proposals in response to the clients sales enquiry
- Liaise and maintain an excellent working relationship with other departments inside the company, to support business development and retention
- Conduct regular sales and review meetings with prospects ensuring all relevant information is given and feedback is received, and that all assigned actions have been carried out
- Collate on regular basis competitors main data in order to benchmark our offer (SWOT points).
- Provide the appropriate reports to solid line on a regular basis.
