Bilingual Dutch and French Account manager in Brussels.

Company: Our client is a leading global technology provider specialized in the travel and tourism industry, thousands of travel agency and airlines around the world use their services. Its comprehensive data network and database, is among the largest of their kind in Europe. Currently they are looking for a bilingual French and Dutch speaker to join their Customer Service team in Brussels, Belgium.

Role: As part of Dutch and French speaker account manager you will ensure the loyalty and overall satisfaction of the customers of your assigned account. You will define an action plan, targets and delivery standards of your account. You will do proposals and negotiations for offers, prices and agreements. You will regularly report to the Sales Director and your division central providing relevant information about clients, market and competitors.

Skills: You will be bilingual Dutch and French, with fluent English. You will have at least five years of sales and account management experience preferably in the travel industry and you will have a good knowledge of MS-Office and GDS (global distribution systems) and CRS (computer reservations system). You will have a high level of education, preferably in the tourism area. You will show excellent negotiation skills and problem solving capacity.
