Dutch and English Technology Sales Manager in Brussels.

Company: Our client is a major information and communications technology company that provide services and solutions in the industrial and telecom fields. Their success is owing to the high level of technological knowledge and their unique position in the market. Their staff counts with more than 300 professionals and currently they are looking to recruit a Dutch and English Sales Manager.

Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all sales activities within the organization aiming to achieve the targets set and maximize the performance of your team. You will be in charge of the sales of a range of technology products. Your tasks will be developing the sector; maximizing product penetration into new and existing accounts, growing the market and training and evaluate the staff assigned to your team. This position reports to the Sales Director, and will communicate closely with other functions to optimize customer focus within the company.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Electronics or similar branches and possess a minimum of 3 years Sales experience selling technology products and at least 1 year managing sales team. To be eligible for this role is necessary to speak and write Dutch and English to fluent level.
