Who you are:

You are obsessed with newspapers and/or magazines and their websites. You always want to know what is going on in the world. An opportunity to visit newspaper and magazine publishers on a regular basis excites you. You are self motivated, competitive and are proud of the quality of the work you deliver. Your track record illustrates delivering consistent results exceeding sales targets. You have at least 3 years prior experience selling an industry or service related product. Responsibilities:

Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota.
Responsible for knowing the imagery and footage needs of your assigned accounts and pushing relevant content to them with the support of the Editorial Specialists (News, Sports, Entertainment, and Creative).
Respond to client requests for imagery and footage.
Responsible for negotiating fees and ensuring customers are billed through the sales order processing system.
Assist in development and negotiation of contracts.
Provide feedback from clients concerning our editorial coverage to the Director of Photographers and Assignment Editors.
Consistently reviewing the assigned account base to look for new revenue opportunities and make necessary recommendations and changes where necessary that may result in increased account activity.
Being proactive with sales management to actively review account base for creative and innovative ways to grow the business.
Responsible for client visits to ensure they are able to efficiently find and receive our imagery and footage and their experience with our services is a positive one . Develop the broadcasting segment
Assisting the client with problem resolutions and solutions regarding finance holds and invoices and escalating issues in a proactive and solution driven manner

Qualifications:

Solid experience outbound and/ or inbound sales or account management experience
Proven consistent results meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of Getty Images products and websites.
Industry-related (electronic pre-press, publishing, photo sales, advertising) experience preferred.
Ideally degree level educated
Must be able to meet deadlines and work in pressurised environment.
Revenue focus: motivated to grow revenue of client base.
Relationship building: able to build rapport with client contacts. Understand their business direction & short/ medium term needs.
Account development: finds opportunities to grow accounts. Develop in depth knowledge about the newspaper and magazine sector.
Team player: work collaboratively with sales & internal colleagues.
Office skills: computer savvy; basic computer literacy, (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Language skills: fluent in Dutch, French and English
