User Interface Web Developer

User Interface Web Developer - Brussels - 1 year contract

Global Insurance Company is looking for a User Interface Developer to develop front-end Web Applications. You will be responsible for developing web applications based on functional input documents, perform unit testing create screen layout propositions and follow up advancement on tasks for the developers of the team.

You must be fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, Dutch and English, understand the third language

As the ideal Web Developer you will have the following experience: -
*Master or bachelor degree in IT or at least 3 years of relevant IT experience.
*3+ years of professional experience in an IT Services environment
*Experience with web design
*Mandatory: Experience of client-server web based applications
*Mandatory: Knowledge of VB.NET, ASP.NET, C# technologies
*Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles
*Preferable: Knowledge on website ergonomy is a plus
*Preferable: Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus.
*Model-View-Controller design pattern knowledge is a plus
