TURKISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (M/F)

About our client:

Our client, an international company active in the Healthcare sector, is urgently looking for TURKISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT to reinforce their team and their client services.

Description:

In this position you will handle the following responsibilities :

- Accountability for the achievement of team goals on Sales, Margin and Customer satisfaction of the Business he or she works for
- Take primary responsibility for all Order Management related tasks
- Maintain intensive contacts with the customer base
- Identify customer needs and wants
- Gathering of customer, market and competitive information
- Provides product information and price and terms quotations
- establishing and executing of rebates or commissions in collaboration with the Business Unit he/she works for
- Pursue the collection of payment working with the Customer Financial Services department (this may include pricing dispute resolution)
- Provide the support needed for non-standard requests and samples including of newly developed products requiring special administrative set-ups
- Take primary responsibility for Product/Market coding enabling our system to generate the relevant sales and marketing reports

Candidate profile:

- a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar,
- 2 years working experience in a commercial environment (Sales, Customer Services or Call Centers typically),
- ability to provide absolute Customer Satisfaction and help resolve customer problems,
- excellent IT-tools and information management skills: web navigation, data bases and information management tools and systems (SAP, CRM&),
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills, essentially without face-to-face interactions,
- flexible, pro-active and self-motivated,
- problem solving mindset.
- business level language capability (very fluent or native) in Turkish and English (French preferred also)
