Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum + Commission

Role Overview: As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts within the Tier 1 Automotive sector.

Leveraging your expertise in PCB boards, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities of this Senior Business Development Manager job:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.
Identify and prioritise potential clients within the target market, including OEMs and key suppliers.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial inquiry to delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.Requirements of this Senior Business Development Manager job:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in selling PCB boards to Tier 1 Automotive companies.
Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
