Versatile young chef

My name is Carla DeRosa Kayani. I am a 21 year old chef working and living in London. I am looking for a job beginning at the end of October/start of November in Belize, when I will accompanying my partner who is doing voluntary research in the medical field.
I have an unerring passion for food from simple elegant fish dishes to complex traditional French pastries and gateaux. I have organised and run different kitchens over the past few years and have experience in haute cuisine in michelin star kitchens. Currently, I am working out of the kitchen to gain as much food experience as possible.
I am working as a trainee butcher and, in my spare time, as fishmonger. I am interested in finding work either in or out of the kitchen, provided I learn a lot about food.
