Customer Service Evaluator wanted

Bare Associates International (BARE) is running several Customer Service Evaluation Research projects for world-wide-known brands in Brunei (brands include fashion, luxury, motorcycle ones, etc.).

We are looking for someone who can take the part-time job of Customer Service Evaluator (namely Mystery Shopper) for us.

Once you become our mystery shopper, it could be a permanent part time job (if you like), because we constantly run different projects every year.

As a Customer Service Evaluator, you should:

1) PRETEND to be a normal customer and visit assigned stores;
2) Make necessary interactions with the salesperson (about 15-20 minutes);
3) Finish an online questionnaire to share with us your shopping experience (about 30 minutes);
4) For each project, there will be a Guideline and a Questionnaire, which would teach you what you should or should not do during your visit.

Job Requirements:
1. 18 year-old or above
2. can read and write in English

Payment:
*10-17 Euro for each successful visit (The specific payment depends on different projects)
* For certain projects, they require you to make a real purchase. In this case, the money you spent will be reimbursed by us as well.
