• Ability to focus on details in order to fill correctly a questionnaire
Job description:
Mystery Shoppers are to visit the business units of our client companies. They appear on the site as an average buyer / client and evaluate customer service through imitating a pre-specified situation. Shoppers record their experience after the visit by filling a questionnaire. Phantom Shopping® provides project-specific preparation prior the visit is made.

Payment:
Payment is project based and is calculated taking into consideration the average salary in the country and the working hours required from shopper to do the task, including here the three main steps: reading the materials, visit, and filling in the questionnaire.
