COUNTRY MANAGER for CANADA– PV (Solar Energy)

A renowned multinational Company, a well-known photovoltaic modules supplier, is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER for CANADA with relevant skills and experience. Office will be in Ontario

You will develop the marketing and sales volume in your zone. The country manager is in charge of:
1/ Implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the country, according to the Guidelines provided from Headquarter
2/ Visit new potential customers and maintenance of the existing ones to achieve the sales target of the country
3/ Establish close relationships with customers
4/ Follow up of the entire sales process (from the agreement to the delivery)
5/ Post-sales support to customers, complaints and resolution of critical incidents
6/ Coordination with technical department to give technical advice and support to customers; warehouse to follow up deliveries
7/ Market research to understand specific needs of customers and what competitors are doing in the country
8/ Co-ordinate closely with Group marketing people for country fairs
9/ Identify important project more than 2MW in the country and work closely in team.

Working hours Standard Office time : 40H / week
Traveling Requirements Frequent travel
Salary To be discussed: fix + sales bonus
Duration of contract In compliance with the local labor law

REQUIRED SKILLS
1/ Solar Experience is a plus.
2/ Previous sales experience in industrial B to B product.
3/ Mini 2 years working experience
4/ University Bachelor or Master
5/ Self-motivated and business driven. Negotiation, organization
6/ Available for very frequent international travels
7/ Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability, Strong oral/written communication skills in English
