Risk/Analytics Manager - London/Surrey Borders - £50-£60k + Bonus & Benefits

Leading financial services company still growing despite the Crunch require a strong manager with excellent analytics experience to lead a small team of analysts and modellers.

You will either have Risk or Marketing analytic experience and have strong experience with SAS, SPSS or similar with some team lead experience including the mentoring of more junior analysts.

Key accountabilities of the role are:

Team management - leading a team of 6 through the day to day duties, analyst development and performance and recruitment
Develop the Risk function alongside other senior management
Deliver personal analysis projects as well as managing the delivery of team projects
Support the Modelling function as they develop the statistical suite of models that support the business
Manage relationship of the Risk team within the wider business

Personal requirement:

Excellent experience working in a Risk or Marketing environment
Team Lead/Management experience inc Project Management experience
Experience working with very large datasets
Degree with Numerical/Statistical content
