Deputy Planning Manager

Reporting to the Corporate Planning Manager, the role of the Deputy Planning Manager is to manage the planning function at a corporate level and all aspects of planning and scheduling on allocated projects.
Responsibilities include the management and effective use of planning resources, ensuring compliance with work practices and procedures; and review of planning and scheduling processes and procedures on specific KBR projects.

As the Deputy Planning Manager, you will assist in providing leadership and technical direction over a team of planning specialists. You will be responsible for the implementation of planning and scheduling procedures and also for all planning reporting on specific projects. In addition, you will be required to set up and implement trending and progress measurement processes on projects, using the KBR Corporate Project Controls system, for which training will be given. The role will also include responsibility for assisting the schedule risk analysis on a project.
