Leads and manages all activities related to project controls, cost management and reporting, contractual risk management, cost forecasting and areas of responsibility include:

Project controls: reporting, forecasting and cost control? Planning? Other project services including document control? Procurement and materials management? Information Management and Systems

To develop, maintain and be responsible for all Project control systems and procedures.B. To oversee the planning and scheduling on projects to ensure schedules are in line with the proposal requirements through the application of appropriate processes. To understand the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and targets through the project measurement system.

To take responsibility for the development and management of the project progress measurement system.

To assist, evaluate and advise Project Managers, clients and subcontractors as well as review on a regular basis based on the contract manager?s reports.

To support Project Managers and Project Service Managers in the initiation and preparation of variations and claims to Client. Defend, negotiate and resolve claims raised with the Client.F. To supervise and develop cost estimate summaries for proposals.

To take responsibility for the document control process for all projects.

To manage and overall responsibility for IT systems and function to ensure adequate services are provided to ensure proper execution of projects and administration of the business.

To ensure implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality System procedures.

To use initiative, knowledge and experience to recognise, highlight and address opportunities and threats as they emerge.

To resource for all groups within Project Services group.L. To perform any other duties as and when required by the direct supervisor.

To oversee all contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients and subcontracts with lower tier subcontractors.

To manage and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, agency, consultant, sponsorship, joint venture, consortium, bidding, confidentiality, MOU and other types and forms of agreements.
