Family with twin boys (3 yrs old) need a live-in nanny.

Live-in nanny required for single mom in her home. Three year old twin boys require assistance to care for them while their mommy works shift work. Monday to friday only. Not many weekends, overtime may be for a weekend away for mom. This would be discussed with the nanny when she is hired.
Some house keeping is required to clean after the boys. Dishes, laundry, vacuuming, cleaning hardwood floors, and bathroom/kitchen.
Care of the boys are paramount over the housekeeping though. The nanny should be strong-willed, good sense of humour, and hard working. A one-year commitment (At least) is required.
We are not a religious family, and there are no public transportation available as we live in the country. There is high speed internet access at the home.
