We're looking for translators that help us increase the language coverage of our site. There are 2 types of translation jobs we currently offer:
(1) Translation of country guides
This is a translation job for our editorial country guides which is payed on a per-word-base. On average, we pay about US$ 500-1000 per guide, depending on length. We currently looking for the following translations:
- English-Spanish: US$ 0.05/word
- English-French: US$ 0.07/word
- English-German: US$ 0.07/word
To get a feeling for the nature of our guides, please have a look at some of the guides we currently have online. If you're interested in translating some of our guide, please send us you application details and some work samples. Please note that we might require you to do a test-translation of a single article to check you translation skills before giving out an assignment for a full guide.
(2) Translation of applications
We are also working on the translation of our job-, housing- and classified application. This would be a live translation on the translation interface of our system. Payment for this job is US$ 150 per language.
For the applications, we're mainly looking for the following translations:
- English-Polish
- English-Chinese (Mandarin)
- English-Hindi
- English-Arabic
- English-Japanese
