Teacher Trainer, Scholastic

Scholastic is one of the worlds largest publisher and distributors of children books and educational materials, and we are looking for an experienced Head Teacher to manage our growing number of local and foreign teachers in Shanghai. Our tutorial centers focus on teaching English to young children only (from kindergarten to 4th grade).

Job Requirements:
English native speaker
University degree with TESOL /Primary Grades qualifications preferred
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Experience in managing a large group of teachers, both local and foreign.
Responsible for effective teacher scheduling, recruitment, training and evaluation to enhance professional development
Provide feedback and strategies on curriculum improvements
Outstanding presentation and communication skills with teachers, parents and students
Confident and friendly personality essential
