Account Manager earning in excess of 8000 RMB per month

ClarkMorgan is the largest Corporate Training provider across China with offices across 7 cities. ClarkMorgan have been awarded the title of “Training Firm of the year 2007 and 2008” and are now looking to expand their sales team in Shenzhen.

After one year Account Managers reaching their targets should earn in excess of 8000 RMB per month and top earners make more than 15,000 RMB per month. Please contact us if you have what it takes to succeed in a consultative sales environment.

Position: Account Manager

Base Salary after Probation 3000 RMB
Commissions 5-6% of contracts signed
Quarterly Bonus 0.5%

1. To contact clients using cold call techniques.
2. To build client relationships and sell ClarkMorgan training resources.
3. To input all client and contact information into open eye system
4. To attend client meetings.
5. To deliver a professional image to all our clients.
6. To attend and participate in all CM marketing events.
7. To understand the full range of CM products and to promote these products
8. To reach the agreed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key skills

Able to use Microsoft office applications.
Ability to produce English language material accurately.
To build strong relationships with clients and internal CM staff.
To be able to prioritize work effectively and to understand the immediate business needs.
Strong presentation skills that fit Clark Morgan’s culture.
To be able to negotiate with clients.
To market effectively and up sell.
To be flexible enough to adapt to the business and clients needs.
Openly communicates and proactively seeks professional development.
