"Responsibilities :Build and develop a strong Advanced Motor Centre for capabilities enhancement and maintaining the leading position in Motor industry Determine technology trend in Motor Industry and identify advanced motor models for future applications Plan and co-ordinate to ensure the support of experts and required services to BU Engineering Monitor and ensure the alignment with approved technological development direction and project timeline Research new solution to reduce cost and lead time as well as guarantee the correct application Design and develop new motor models and tools Form a team for system simulationRequirements :Master Degree or PhD holder in Engineering disciplines At least 8 years experience in electric motor design； at least 5 years¢ï¼›â‚¬â„¢ï¼› management exposure at strategic level Proficient in motor analysis with analytical an FEM Business acumen to determine technology trend in motor industry Strong leadership and good teamwork spirit Excellent problem solving and project management skills Fluency in English and Chinese, including conversational Mandarin Work and station in our Shenzhen plant, South China"
