COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Our Client is one of the largest European independent property consultants.
The Company’s network covers the major UK commercial centres, principal European cities and also the Americas. In Asia Pacific, the firm has associations in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and New Zealand.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an exciting new role within Our Client’s Office Agency team and a great development opportunity for a dynamic and energetic Negotiator.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To deliver the agreed target and objectives set by the line managers, in respect of Office Agency.

SPECIFICALLY THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

• To meet with key clients and local authority representatives to establish a network of contacts
• To maintain and develop a database of office projects containing details of buildings and tenants. This will be used to better understand the market, broker deals and identify possible investment product
• To generate revenue through brokerage, tenant representation and leasing retained instructions
• To meet with local agents, land owners and investors to identify potential sites for sale
• To co-operate and cross sell with and to all other departments
• Through marketing and PR enhance and promote King Sturge’s consultancy services
• To continuously maintain and enhance personal and professional development.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:

• Preferably 2 to 3 years experience managing client relations
• Excellent interpersonal, entrepreneurial and organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of business generation and commercial sales qualities
• Broad interest in local business environment and development
• Good knowledge of English language, both spoken and written, is essential.

EDUCATION:

• First Degree or equivalent
