HI I need 2 people for a Company in Croatia ASAP!

PC hardware

Knowing how a PC works, all components, ports, cable types, how to connect docking stations, monitors. Know how to identify hardware problems, perform smaller “repairs”.

Office 2003/ 2007– Outlook is extremely important in this suite

Good understanding of PST files, offline folders, configurations, distribution lists, basic troubleshooting, user data migrations etc

Operating systems                       

Good knowledge about windows XP, understanding of registry, HW/system troubleshooting, user and file migrations, user profiles, login scripts, Remote access, , Internet Explorer, Impact of AD domain user accounts on a PC, connectivity with personal printers, Iphones and other devices, application installations,

Administrational understanding of Server OS, Understand shares and access rights basics , basic understanding of Active directory, know how to attach and logon to servers,

Other hardware

They should know what a network switch and a server is, basic understanding of tape backups and libraries, know how to physically rack and unrack a server, How to patch network cables in datacenters and  in cabinets.

Good understanding in network printing with queues, mappings etc.

Basic understanding of a datacenter and the components as UPS, Cooling etc

On top of that all the softer more obvious ones

-                           Good English skills and good Local Language skills – No need to be native speaking but they need to be able to Speak Local Language fluently.

-                           Structured, taking responsibilities and all that…

-                           Basic understanding of user support and support models with ticket handling etc
