Customer Support Manager
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum plus company benefits
Croydon, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm
Role Purpose:
To manage, co-ordinate and develop the performance of the Customer Support Team to ensure service standards are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.
Duties:
To support and coach the Customer Support Team Manager by reviewing performance and providing appropriate feedback.
To consistently evaluate quality of response and handling with the aim of achieving continuous improvement.
To work with underwriting and operations to review cases and identify areas for improvement in line with TCF and FSA guidelines.
Education:
Educated to A level standard or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills:
A very high standard of written English
Good knowledge of FSA requirements
Client facing experience
Experience of working in a blue chip customer service environment
Proven planning, team building and man-management experience
Strong organisational and problem solving skills
