Objectives of the position
• Directs all of the following accounting functions:
• Development/maintenance of planning and budgeting
• Analysis/interpretation of fiscal trends
• Preparation of financial management reports and procedures
• Financial coordination of an international operation

Job Duties:
• Directs and coordinates Europe’s financial planning and budget management functions.
• Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results against budget; reports findings to US Financial operations.
• Devises and controls systems for determining costing of products.
• Oversees daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Manages the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts including variance analysis.
• Ensures compliance with local and international financial reporting.
• Establishes and implements financial controls, policies, and operating procedures in conjunction with the Corporate CFO. .
• Oversees financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
• Directs financial audits and provides recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Oversees cash management including account reconciliation of accounts receivables, payables, and payroll.

Educational Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; a Master’s degree in business administration (M. B. A.) is preferred
• Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
