Service Renewal Specialist

Scope of duties:
- Support the Middle East and Africa market teams to increase the renewal rate and booking volume in the low dollar contract arena by dealing with customers, partners or internal teams
- Securing Services renewals On-Time
- Manage targets and commits
- Forecast and Accuracy

Requirements:
- fluent/ very good knowledge of Arabic and English
- experience in telesales area (e.g. call center, telemarketing)
- articulate and Professional telephone manner.
- aptitude for learning
- strong Excel skills, comfortable using Windows applications
- adapt to different Business Cultures to achieve quotas
