Renewal Specialist (Polish + English)

For one of our Clients - leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet, we are currently looking for:

Service Renewal Specialist with Polish and English
work place: Prague

Scope of duties:
- Support the Middle East and Africa market teams to increase the renewal rate and booking volume in the low dollar contract arena by dealing with customers, partners or internal teams
- Securing Services renewals On-Time
- Manage targets and commits
- Forecast and Accuracy

Requirements:
- fluent/ very good knowledge of Polish and English (Russian would be an asset)
- experience in sales or telesales area (e.g. call center, telemarketing)
- articulate and professional telephone manner.
- aptitude for learning
- strong Excel skills, comfortable using Windows applications
- adapt to different Business Cultures to achieve quotas
