Construction Manager

1.formally manages and acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives 
2. assign and oversee day-to-day technical tasks on site 
3. responsible for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resources 
4. oversee setting out (marking the position of structures and projects’ elements 
5.checking drawings and quantities against actual site conditions and ensuring their accuracy 
6.resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise 
7.implements quality assurance procedures to ensure successful execution of all work items with the required quality 
8.implement - and avoid any potential deviations to – the project’s time schedule 
9.report to the projects manager/ director 
10. responsible for snag list close out
