Mystery Shoppers are persons who visit various shops, restaurants, car dealers, hotel bars, banks etc. acting as potential customers. We also carry out Mystery Shops on airlines (long and short haul). The big difference between a real customer and a Mystery Shopper is that a Mystery Shopper gets the opportunity to comment on the service he/she has received and in this way improve the customer service. You will be trained and briefed online by BARE. No specific experience is required.
