Company: Our client is an International financial software company that has been growing at a fast pace for the last 5 years. Their platforms and financial products allow customers to interact with their clients and operate more efficiently in the financial markets. They provide real-time risk control and trading solutions to banking, funding and treasury operations. Their products have been accredited to the European regulatory bodies: Basel II, COSO, SOX404, COBIT etc

Role: New sales positions have been created in their European sales team in Finland. This team is responsible for researching new clients, building their client portfolio and arranging tele-conferences for web demos as well as closing sales. This is a business-to-business sales role that will require you to identify senior decision makers and sell them their products and services. Sales professionals sell products from 50-250k and will be responsible for the complete sales life cycle from lead identification to contract signature.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years Financial sales in the investment banking, financial services, fund management or risk management sectors. You should have a track record of selling software, hardware or other IT products and services. Candidates that have solid sales skills in a hunter role will succeed as this is a direct sales role. In addition to the sales skills you will require fluency in Finnish, plus English.
