Title: Business Analyst for AssetPlus
Location: Buc Cedex, FRANCE
Duration: 12+ months

• 5+ years business analysis experience working on high level projects where you have been directing analyst functions
• Previous experience working at FDA levels of software development or similar high levels
• Strong background in defining strategy plans across the full SDLC including setting up processes, structures & and highest level of standards
• Excellent history of requirements gathering and analysis, creating functional and technical specifications, and high quality documentation
• Process analysis, identification and re-engineering business processes to align new processes with the proposed solution
• A disciplined and structured approach to problem solving using your resources in a collaborative way
• Ability to identify risks, errors, alternatives and consequences
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills as well as being an outstanding communicator, strong negotiation skills and the ability to deal with all stakeholders You will be fluent in French and in English

• You will be an experienced Healthcare Maintenance management Business Analyst with successful project delivery background being identified as the ‘go to‘ person whom not only directs the processes and workflows but also can present to the board and senior stakeholders the arguments behind the direction.
• You will be assisting multi disciplinary testing and development teams through the full software development lifecycle so will need to possess both strong technical and functional understanding.
• You will participate to the maintenance and the evolution of AssetPlus all over the world, in collaboration with internal and external resources.
