Salary: very attractive Perks and Benefits: relocation package including Flights plus temp accommodation 1st Categories: sales, customer service Type: permanent Job Description: The Business Support Manager (BSM) is responsible for the management of the Business Support Team (BST) ensuring that internal (Operations, Sales etc.) needs and objectives are met consistently. The Business Support Manager (BSM) for country has a structural report to the Country Manager (CM), as well as he/she has a functional report to the Regional Business Support Manager (RBSM). The Business Support Manager coordinates the various supporting needs of the Contact Centre through effectively leading the staff of the BST. The BSM will ensure that the work completed in the BST is accurate and consistent with expectations.
