Salary: very attractive Perks and Benefits: relocation package including Flights plus temp accommodation 1st Categories: sales, customer service Type: permanent Job Description: The Business Support Manager (BSM) is responsible for the management of the Business Support Team (BST) ensuring that internal (Operations, Sales etc.) needs and objectives are met consistently. The Business Support Manager (BSM) for country has a structural report to the Country Manager (CM), as well as he/she has a functional report to the Regional Business Support Manager (RBSM). The Business Support Manager coordinates the various supporting needs of the Contact Centre through effectively leading the staff of the BST. The BSM will ensure that the work completed in the BST is accurate and consistent with expectations. In countries with only one site with a small operation, the BSM may also take over some of the functions of the BST members such as reporting or production planning, etc. Ideal candidate ô Hold a university degree or professional experience. ô Have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership with Commercial and/or Operational responsibility in the CRM or a closely related industry ô Have a good understanding of CRM best practice and markets ô Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities. ô Have experience with P&L management and associated financial practices ô Have worked in a performance driven environment before. ô Have good knowledge of English Contact Celine directly on +353 1894 3021 Email:Celinef To apply for this job use the apply for this job button below.
