Sales Director Europe– PV (Solar Energy)

A renowned multinational Company, works in solar power equipment, is looking for a Sales Director Europe with experience in sales team senior management. Office will be in Paris(France) or Wuerzberg(Germany).

Being a leading member of sales team, you are in charge of:

•Be an active member in annual sales and marketing planning in Europe

•Responsible for sales target execution and sales budget in Europe

•Supervise, optimize and reinforce sales team in all European countries

•Participate and propose corporate branding activities

•Strengthen relationships with existing strategic accounts

•Participation in other corporate strategic projects

Office hours            Full time

Travels           40% Travel in Europe + 20% Travel to China

Material means        Computer, Mobile

Salaries         Fix+ Performance Bonus

Duration of contract      According to local labor law

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience required     

1/ Minimum 8 years working experiences

2/ Experience in high level sales management position in heavy industrial product sales and familiar with big project based sales.

3/ Experience in PV industry of all over Europe

4/ Ideal age    35 – 45 years old

5/ Graduation  Master II or above

Skills     

•Available for very frequent international travels.

•Superacid international communication and coordination capacity.

•Strong business sense

•Proven leadership ability

Languages     English + another European language
