This global construction consultancy & construction business was established in the UK 10 years ago. They currently employ over 2,800 people across 30 countries. They established a presence in France several years ago & are currently working on a prestigious development right in the heart of Paris. They have recent moved into new offices & are looking to recruit a:

PA to the Managing Director - French & English speaking

Profile
Fluency in French + English to mother tongue standard
Experience of at least 5 years acting as PA in the UK and/or France is essential
Confidence to deal with people at all levels, particularly senior management
Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule multiple tasks and work functions
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Professional presence and appearance
Advanced MS Office and email skills essential
First class communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Resilience
Ability to take responsibility for decision-making
Friendly and polite with a good sense of humour

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working within the construction or property industries & has the desire to live & work permanently in Paris. The company's offices are based in a prestigious area of central Paris.

Qualifications
HND or degree qualified or similar.
