Construction Planner France **Urgent**

JOB DESCRIPTION: -Member of the Spanish EPC contractor -Responsible for mantaining the Construction Schedule utilizing Primavera -Collects and verifies data timely and efficiently -Ensures planning is performed by contractors according to general planning -Reviews logic and resource loaded plans -Ensures correct interface with Home Office Project Controls and Site -Participates and assists in coordination meetings -Issues reporting to Home Office and Site Manager -Performs crytical path analysis providing alternatives and anticipating any potential issues in regards to progress or milestones / REQUIREMENTS: -BSc in related technical discipline -At least 5 years experience in construction of plants in energy or power sector -Expertise in Primavera 3.1 -Fluent French (liaison with french contractors) -Either Spanish or English is also required (liaison with Home Office in Madrid) -Ideally with exposure to EPCs and Lump Sum projects -EU nationals preferred though all nationalities will be considered / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: -Combined-cycle power plant (1 x 430MW) -You will be working with the EPC contractor executing BOP equipment and materials, civil works and mechanical and electrical erection / LOCATION: Montoir de Bretagne, France / DURATION: -Start inmedialtely -End at project close-out (March-2010) / SALARY: Circa 40,000 – 50,000 euros (net after taxes) / TERMS AND CONDITIONS (NON-NEGOTIABLE): -Monthly living allowance of 1,200 eur (tax-free) to be added to the salary -Rotation of 4 months working / 2 weeks holiday -Flights paid to home location / OTHERS: -Excellent long term prospects after this project is completed (company has US 5 Bill. in committed projects) -Highly skilled, international and integrated project steering team / KEYWORDS: Construction, Field, Combined Cycle, Power, France, French, Planning, Scheduling, Planner, Primavera, EPC
