I´m graduated in Publicity and Propaganda and I hold an MBA in businness administration.
I´m 46 years.
I´m a very experienced manager on tests, inspections and certification. Since 1991 I work as surveyor in general cargoes such as petroleum derivates, vegetal grains and mineral. I´m specialist in draft survey survey, bunkers, photographic report, P&I reports, classification of soya grains, cargo intake, containers inspection and else, holds conditions, fumigation and a lot of others test on board of any kind of vessel.
