The HR Country Specialist
- enables or client to support Human Resources services in a geographical area (country or sub-region)
- acts as a country HR expert to ensure compliance with each countrys labor law and employment practices
- supports the integration of HR strategies policies procedures and disciplines consistent with the overall business plan of our client at the country level.
- pre-empts any legal or cultural issues by recommending modifications to corporate policies/initiatives to ensure compliance with local employment laws and market norms
- provides assistance to business partners in understanding and operationalizing HR strategies in order to drive business results and change while honouring local country culture and practices
- operating within a matrix organisation the successful candidate will need to possess the ability to impact and influence at all levels both in Countries and at times across geographic boundaries.

Key activities are:
- Support the HR Country Management for DE CH AUT and CER - Manage and Support of employee relations within that countries providing HR guidance ensuring our client´s compliance with employment legislation
- Work in partnership with the HR Country Management Team and the HR Business Partners to ensure the professional management and implementation of organisational change/restructuring program
- Development of HR policy work
- Support and management of running the WC committees
- Ongoing support GTM deals including management of post transition operational HR issues.
