The post holder will workwith local HRC’ s and HR&D to develop and implementrecruiting procedures, policies and infrastructure. Theywill be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment efforts fora targeted number of open positions. The post holder willreport into the MD for Continental Europe and will have afunctional reporting line into the European HR&DManager.
