"Health & Safety HSEEurope & Asia PacificYour TaskIn this central function, you will report directly to the Vice President Operations Europe & Asia Pacific. You will be responsible for handling, coordinating and harmonizing all aspects of safety, health and environment in accordance with the country-specific legal demands of the international West locations. This includes, for instance, the development and implementation of factory-wide initiatives for improving and standardizing production processes with regard to safety and the development and introduction of a European concept for health, safety and environment. You will be responsible for analyzing safety risk, preparing countermeasures and implementing them in close cooperation with the factories. Your task will also include communication and coordination in the event of accident and hazardous situations as well as regular benchmarking of the production locations with regard to health, safety and environment. You will work closely with the HSE organization of our global headquarters in the U.S.. Your Profile Besides a technical degree, we expect several years of relevant professional experience in health and safety on the industrial sector. You must be familiar with the corresponding HSE methods and processes in production environments. Very good English and communication skills are required as are intercultural sensitivity and an assured manner in an international environment.Are you interested in this position?
