Job description:

As a Customer Service Agent you will handle queries from commercial clients received via email/phone/fax, analyse queries, manage relationship with clients and liaise with other teams within the organisation to be able to provide most complete and speedy response to queries

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, listening; at a level sufficient to assist customers.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Solutions mindset, passion for the customer and customer experience.
• Ability to solve issues and ability to make decisions that benefit the advertiser.
• Ability to handle difficult customers effectively.
• Ability to successfully analyze customer’s needs and sell product over the telephone.
• Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way.
• Strong knowledge of Internet Search Engines
• Ability to use a computer and experience using Microsoft Office products
