As a Technical Support Associate you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer and technical support for the configuration and use of our client’s products.

Our client supplies data backup, storage devices, removable storage products such as external drives, portable hard drives etc,

Requirements:

• Education on MBO level
• Proven technical skills
• Proven customer oriented behaviour
• A+ certificate or similar
• Good typing skills
• Native French and near native command of English (both verbal and in writing)
• Basic networking knowledge
