My client is one of the largest Contact Centre Provider in Europe based in Berlin. We are currently recruiting 2 Turkish Customer Service for joining to the company as soon as possible. If you have excellent communication skills, apply now!!

Role:
- Provide an excellent customer service.
- Provide a precise response to all inbound calls and emails for health diagnosis product received.
- Social skills will be of great importance as there will be need to establish a very pleasant and friendly relationship with the callers.

Candidate requirements:
- Berlin based preferably
- Fluent Turkish and English
- Excellent communications skills
- English test and communication skills test
- Previous experience in customer service an advantage

The company offers:
- Competitive Salary depends on experience (1,3-1,7k gross)
- 1 year fixed contract + permanent position
- Start ASAP
