Hi My name is Melanie and I am looking for baby-sitting work. I was born in hamburg and lived in Germany until I was 6, I completed my high school education, degree, and work experience in New Zealand, and most recently have spent one and a half years living in the UK.

English is my first language but I do also speak some German, at the moment it is quite basic but I am working towards fluency.

In New Zealand I looked after a family of 4 children ranging from ages 3 to 9 two nights a week, and up to 5 days in school holidays. Most recently I have also looked after my beautiful baby niece, caring for her approximately once a week from when she was 3 months until I moved overseas, which is when she was 9 months.

I am ideally looking for permanent and regular work that fall on the same days weekly so that I can also commit to other activities such as German lessons.
