Telecom Technician Preferably with Cisco Experience

My name is Cathy Obermeier and I work with OneSource Building Technologies in Houston, TX. (WWW.OSBT.COM) I am looking to help out a customer in Russelsheim who needs to have a small job taken care of next Tuesday at 3:00 PM. We recently upgraded their routers/switches - and there seems to be a problem with one of the connectors. We need someone to go check it out and if need be, make a new connector. Very simple job - will have phone support. The engineer that did the initial install for us has moved to Sydney, so I'm stuck trying to find a new person.

Customer would like to have someone next Tuesday at 3:00 PM. We anticipate this taking about 1 hour to complete and are paying $100.00 USD for the project. Anything that goes over 2 hours will be paid at $50 USD per hour.

Technician must have basic tool set (crimpers, punch down, etc.) and some spare cable in case connector needs to be replaced. Will be provided remote phone support with AT&T experts as needed therefore technician must be able to communicate in English.
