buddy in construction/renovation

Have an apartment in downtown Wiesbaden. It's about 100m2 and I'm doing all the work alone. Jobs that I need help in are: Removing exsiting bathtub and updating bathroom (2 of them), setting up kitchen (going to serve as yoga studio reception), installing light fixures etc. I need a buddy who speaks English, have some knowledge of plumbing and electrical. Ideal person is a traveler who could use a bit of cash but not wanting a long term commitment, or a german person who is interested in meeting an unusual character (I am an asian, avid traveler, lived in Hawaii... here because of my girlfriend's family obligation...) Don't worry about tools, we'll get whatever is needed.
