Bingo Team Leader

Our client is searching for a Bingo Team Leader who will have the following responsibilities:

Leadership of the Bingo chat team
Improve team performance through delivery of a challenging development strategy
Ensure service levels are met
Ensure smooth running of shifts and completion of KPI’s
Seek effective resolution of customer problems
Conduct regular staff quality assessments and performance reviews
Ensure concise and accurate shift reports are completed
Report on success of chat games and promotions
Complete further training with team members as required
Drive retention through intelligent bingo chat messaging and promotions

Requirements

Bingo chat team management
Experience in remote staff management a bonus
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated leadership skills
