If successful in your application, you will be the main point of contact for the Polish customers and will provide a high level of customer service and help either via the telephone or e-mail and will help resolve any issues and questions customers have in regard to the companies services and products.
The successful applicant will be well educated and have previous experience working within a busy call centre environment and additionally will also need to be fully computer literate.
