Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative you will face the versatile requests and questions from our international member base. Your main responsibility is to answer these inquiries fast and friendly and to the full satisfaction of our customers.
Doing that, you will be a part of a small team responsible for your language.

Your Responsibilities:

- Taking care of customer inquiries, analysing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
- Reviewing customer identification documents and verifying customer accounts
- Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers

Professional Profile:

- Russian/German/Italian language skills to business standard
- Working level of English language
- A huge service mentality
