Sales Consultant – Call Centre – Greece (12 Positions - Immediate Start)

The Company - Our Client:
Our client is a lead generation and financial services company. Due to there expansion they are looking for experienced Sales Consultants to be based in their office in Greece.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly sales and WIP targets set
• Build long term, profitable business relationships with all accounts
• Network extensively to increase the usage and awareness of the client’s brand
• Proactively look at ways to move the department forward in line with that the department and business needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting – daily and monthly as required, i.e.; data levels, lead generation, team productivity, conversions etc., within given timescales
• Ensure that all activity within the Sales Department is completed in accordance with compliance regulatory requirements including version control

• Over 2 years proactive new business experience within financial industry desirable
• Results Focused & problem solving: highly target driven
• Excellent communications skills
• Excelling at customer service and sales
• Personal Effectiveness: including self motivation, confident, dynamic

• Teamwork: able to operate effectively as part of the Management and Sales team

The Package – What You Could Earn:
• Basic up to €35000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
