We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for creating and maintaining vendor records in the internal systems.

Job description, tasks
Register and book supplier invoices
Coordination of payment runs
Check and file supporting documentations
Monitoring e-mails on a regular basis and provide correct and timely responses as per agreed turnaround times

Requirements
High school or BA degree
Customer service orientation
Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Slovakian, Polish, Czech, Russian
Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
Accuracy with careful attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
