Customer Service Representative (English-Dutch & German)

Leading South Dublin freight solutions provider now seek to hire a Customer Service Representative (English-Dutch & German) who will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high quality service to both internal and external customers by providing timely response to customer issues via phone, e-mail, and live online chat. The position also enhances customer satisfaction by assisting customers and carriers with service requests.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles customer service inbound and outbound telephone calls. Must meet daily performance metric requirements which include talk time and quality guidelines for both calls and service tickets. Works with carriers and customers on a daily basis to help create business relationships.
Generates shipment quotes for customers and sets up shipments as requested by customers.
Generates and resolves service tickets for issue resolution from both internal and external customers
Responds to on-line enquiries from customers.

Key Requirements:
Leaving Certificate required. Post leaving cert qualification an advantage.
Minimum one-year experience in a high volume call center or customer service environment.
Multilingual skills: fluency in English, Dutch and German required.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email.
Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Effective PC skills including strong knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure.
Freight / transportation industry experience helpful.
